We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Academic Counsellor to join our team at [branch location]. As an Academic Counsellor, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall sales operations of our branch, guiding prospective students through our various training programs, and ensuring their educational needs are met.

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively promote and sell our training programs to prospective students through various channels, including walk-ins, referrals, and online inquiries.
- Conduct consultations with prospective students to understand their educational goals, interests, and career aspirations.
- Provide personalized guidance and recommendations to students on the most suitable training programs based on their individual needs.
- Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, follow-up activities, and enrollment data.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch targets and objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to effectively position our programs in the market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, ensuring a positive experience throughout their journey with Prowess Training Solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or training industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others achieve their educational and career goals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
