projects across multiple industries in India. Most recently, Electromech has forayed into the

Turnkey Contracting space by providing an entire array of infrastructural, civil, and interior

contracting.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with hiring managers to define necessary requirements for open roles.
- Understand the job requirements and advertise for vacancies on professional

networking sites such as LinkedIn, online job portals and other consultancies for high

profile jobs.
- Join social media groups and professional networks and interact with potential
- Assess resumes and cover letters.
- Ask for referrals from current employees, Management & acquaintances

required.
- Maintain organized databases
- Keep in touch with past applicants
- Research and recommend new sourcing tools and techniques
- Assist in Conduct benchmark research on compensation and benefits for various

positions and seniority levels
- All jobs as assigned by Sr. Manager-HR /MD

Preferred Skills
- Graduate with minimum 1-3 year of experience as Headhunter, Recruiter or similar

roles.
- Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques Ability
- Excellent communication and persuasion abilities (particularly when making calls and
- Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously
- Good decision-making skills

Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace & HRMS Modules are preferred.

Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
