Job Description: Career Counselor (Inside Sales) - Pune

Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Career Counselor (Inside Sales) to join our team in Pune. The role involves guiding students toward the right career paths by promoting UG/PG courses and helping them achieve their academic and professional goals. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a knack for sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for education.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide counseling and guidance on UG/PG courses and career opportunities.

Convert inquiries into enrollments by building trust and providing relevant information.

Meet or exceed sales targets through consistent follow-ups and effective communication.

Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales progress in the CRM system.

Stay updated with industry trends, course offerings, and competitive market insights.

Collaborate with team members to improve processes and achieve collective goals.

Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 6 months of experience in inside sales, counseling, or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to meet sales targets and handle objections effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

A positive attitude and a passion for education.

Compensation and Benefits:
**Salary**: ₹30,000 to ₹55,000 (in-hand), based on experience and performance.

Working Days: 6 days a week

Timings: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
