**Job Title**: Social Media Manager

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in South Delhi. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing social media marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, implementing content strategies, optimizing social media presence, and writing compelling copy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to grow website traffic and customer engagement.
- Create and manage content marketing plans, including social media posts, blogs, and newsletters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and visibility.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices to maximize results.
- Identify opportunities to improve user experience on the website and boost conversion rates.

**Qualifications**
- Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
- Communication and Writing skills
- Experience in developing content strategies
- Strong analytical and creative abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of graphic design is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
