We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Sales Coordinator** to support our sales team and ensure the smooth execution of sales activities. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of sales processes. **Strong English communication** skills are a must, as the role involves regular interaction with clients, the sales team, and other departments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate between sales team and clients, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-up.
- Generate leads from online sales portals and ensure regular follow-ups.
- Prepare sales orders, proforma invoices (PI), and follow up on payments.
- Create and maintain **MIS reports** and other sales documentation.
- Handle client inquiries and ensure timely collection of outstanding

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Any graduate (B.Com, M.Com, BCA, MCA, BBA, B.Tech).
- **Experience**: 1-2.5 years in a similar back-office or sales coordination role.
- **Skills**: Excellent **English communication** (written & verbal), strong in **Excel** and reporting.

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
