**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assembly and Installation**:

- Assemble and install mechanical components, parts, and systems as per technical drawings or specifications.
- Fit and adjust machine parts such as gears, bearings, shafts, and other mechanical components to ensure they work efficiently.
- **Maintenance and Repairs**:

- Perform regular maintenance on machinery and equipment, ensuring that they function at optimal levels.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical faults in machines, ensuring mínimal downtime.
- Carry out preventive maintenance tasks, such as lubrication and cleaning of machine parts.
- **Fitting and Alignment**:

- Use precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers, and gauges) to measure, align, and fit parts.
- Ensure that all components are fitted accurately according to specifications to prevent malfunction.
- **Welding and Fabrication**:

- Perform basic welding tasks such as welding parts, frames, and structures when necessary.
- Fabricate parts and components using tools like lathes, milling machines, grinders, etc.
- **Interpretation of Technical Drawings**:

- Read and interpret mechanical and technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to carry out fitting tasks.
- Follow the layout and design specifications to assemble mechanical systems and structures.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations while working with machinery and tools.
- Ensure the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as gloves, safety glasses, ear protection, etc.
- **Collaboration and Reporting**:

- Collaborate with other team members (engineers, technicians, etc.) to ensure smooth production and maintenance processes.
- Report work progress, issues, or concerns to the supervisor or relevant authority.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Completion of an ITI course (Industrial Training Institute) in Fitting, or equivalent vocational training in mechanical fitting.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and machinery.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
