**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries using **Tally ERP**.
- Perform **bank reconciliations** regularly to ensure accuracy of transactions.
- Prepare and finalize **balance sheets**, profit & loss accounts, and other financial statements.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Work with spreadsheets, including **Advanced Excel functions** such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements, and data analysis.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
- Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Maintain and organize financial records for easy access and reporting.
- Coordinate with banks and vendors as required.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- **Minimum 1 year of experience** in a similar accounting role.
- Proficient in **Tally ERP** and **Advanced Excel**.
- Good understanding of **financial statements**, **GST**, **TDS**, and other accounting concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with financial audits.
- Basic knowledge of other accounting software is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
