We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Advisor to provide legal counsel and guidance to our real money gaming company. As a Legal Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, as well as advising on legal matters related to our business operations.

**Responsibilities**:
Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of issues related to real money gaming, including licensing, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, contracts, and data protection.

Stay up-to-date with the latest laws, regulations, and industry developments impacting the real money gaming sector.

Conduct legal research and analysis to assess potential risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.

Review and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including management, operations, and marketing teams, to ensure legal compliance in all aspects of our business activities.

Advise on advertising and promotional campaigns to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and risk management.

Handle any legal disputes, investigations, or regulatory matters that may arise.

Monitor and evaluate changes in laws and regulations and proactively recommend necessary actions to ensure compliance.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited law school.

Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.

Minimum 4 years of experience as a legal advisor, preferably in the real money gaming industry or a related field.

In-depth knowledge of real money gaming laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.

Strong understanding of intellectual property laws and data protection regulations.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Effective communication and negotiation abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
