**Skills & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Identify the organization’s needs and work to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy.
- Determine selection criteria, Work closely with hiring managers and prepare Job description, Interview question.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Lead employer branding initiatives
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
- Own full cycle recruitment & implement best practices in hiring issues and procedures.
- Build a strong database and help hire and retain skilled employees for required positions.
- Poficiency with recruitment through social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks.
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Professional.
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for technical/non-technical roles.
- Comprehensive knowledge of current HR/talent, and the ability to think outside of what's been done before to come up with the best solution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with people at all levels of an organization.
