**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Post and manage job openings across LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms
- Schedule interviews across multiple time zones, coordinating with global panels
- Assist with talent market research to strengthen recruitment strategies

**What We’re Looking For**
- Based in India, with excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or talent acquisition preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Google Workspace, and ATS systems
- Flexibility to collaborate with U.S. teams during overlapping time zones
- A reliable home office setup (internet, computer, headset, camera)
