Responsibilities involves overseeing the daily operations of a manufacturing facility to ensure that production goals are met efficiently, safely, and with high quality standards.
- Managing and supervising a team of production workers, providing training, guidance, and support as needed.
- Ensuring that the production schedule is followed, and production targets are met on time.
- Maintaining inventory levels and ensuring that raw materials and supplies are ordered and received in a timely manner.
- Monitoring production processes and equipment to identify and address any issues or inefficiencies.
- Implementing and enforcing safety protocols and ensuring that workers follow safety guidelines and regulations.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as maintenance, quality control, and logistics, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Conducting performance evaluations, providing feedback, and addressing any performance issues.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports on production, inventory, and personnel.

Qualification - Diploma/UG/PG

Skills required:

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with workers, colleagues, and upper management.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.
- Attention to detail and the ability to ensure quality control standards are met.
- Proficiency in computer skills and software, such as spreadsheets, databases, and production software.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet production deadlines.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
