We are into Manufacturing of All kind of Furniture and looking for taking care of Carpentry division where 20 employees working. Should have a knowledge to handle the workforce and getting the work from provided manpower.

Should have complete knowledge of joinery, different types of materials, possibilities and difficulties with each type of material.

Should be able to read working drawing, solutioning capability of assembly if an image of the furniture is given.

Should have knowledge of various machines and hand tools.

Should be well versed with standard dimensions of various types of furniture units.

Should have knowledge of what good quality means.

Factory layout realignment for better efficiency and demarcation of work zones.

Refined and efficient production methods and flows

Should have ability to get better workmanship.

Ability to identify defects and run Quality checks on a checklist jobwise

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
