**Job Summary**: We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller / Tele Sales Representative to contribute to generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business. **Key Responsibilities**: - Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and sell products or services. - Explain the product/service offerings and answer questions about them. - Generate sales leads and follow up on existing leads. - Build and maintain customer relationships by providing support and resolving issues. - Keep accurate records of conversations and sales progress in the CRM system. - Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management. - Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics and objections. - Handle inbound customer inquiries when needed and provide relevant information. - Schedule follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement. - Collaborate with the sales team and report on feedback from customers. **Requirements**: - Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or similar sales/customer service role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to learn about products/services and explain them to prospects effectively. - Persistent, goal-oriented, and comfortable working with sales targets. - Basic computer skills for data entry and CRM management. - Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle objections. - Ability to work in a team as well as independently. **Qualifications**: - High school diploma or equivalent.
