**Position**: TeleSales Executive

**Location**: Panchkula, India (Work from Office)

**What You'll Do**:

- Generate sales and leads using proven sales methods while maintaining a persuasive and customer-focused approach.
- Craft and refine sales scripts to effectively communicate our offerings and value proposition.
- Manage client programs and campaigns, ensuring efficient communication and satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed targets for prospecting and generating qualified leads.
- Provide insightful feedback and recommendations on company marketing efforts based on direct experiences.
- Attend and actively participate in training to continuously improve skills and achieve objectives.

Your Qualifications:

- 1-3 years of proven sales experience in selling high-ticket education-based services.
- Possess high energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to maintain consistent levels of activity to achieve calling and lead generation quotas.
- Professional business telephone communication skills, along with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of organizing and prioritizing work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to identify decision-makers and confidently engage with both business and technical executives and managers.
- Goal-oriented mindset, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding calling quotas.
