- Drafting and vetting Contracts/Agreements. This would include Contracts between business partners, such as purchase and sale agreements or joint venture agreements, service provider agreements, vendor agreements, NDAs, employment agreements, licensing agreements, and other commercial contracts.
- Finalizing the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for different clients.
- Staying updated with the latest amendments in the various corporate laws.
- Must have experience in drafting and vetting Commercial Contracts.

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
