A Tally Support Executive is responsible for assisting users with Tally ERP or TallyPrime and other versions of Tally software by providing technical support,

troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operation. The role requires a deep understanding of Tally's features, accounting principles,

and the ability to guide users through various functions and problems. This position involves interacting with clients to solve their issues and

provide training on the software when needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Tally installations, configurations, and operations.
- Assist clients in understanding Tally features such as inventory management, Statutory, Payroll, GST, TDS, invoicing, etc.
- Guide users in handling accounting tasks like creating ledgers, vouchers, reconciliation, and financial reports in Tally.
- Install, configure, and update Tally software on client systems.
- Train users on various aspects of Tally ERP or TallyPrime, ensuring they are familiar with the software's features and processes.
- Document issues and solutions to create knowledge bases for future reference.
- Collaborate with the development team or escalate technical problems to resolve advanced issues.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
