**Responsibilities**:
To ensure the analysis of all Raw Material, Finished Goods, Packaging Material and Byproduct
is carried out as per the Laboratory Manual
To ensure dispatches of product as per the Customer requirements
To carry out odour assessment and approve Finished Goods
To ensure preparation of representative samples (validation sample, PSS) to be sent to
the Customer
To ensure analysis of customer complaints relating to quality of product and reporting
To ensure the maintenance of the QC laboratory & infrastructure
To maintain all QC equipment in good working order by regular upkeep and maintenance
To ensure Calibration of all Laboratory Equipment and preparation and Standardization of
Volumetric Solutions
To carry out stability studies for existing product, develop methods of analysis for new
raw material/ finished product, and update Laboratory Manual as required
To ensure the preservation of reference samples and disposal
To carry out stability studies of existing product
