Commercial Sales & leasing JD:
1) Sourcing land deals and submitting detailed location assessment reports for new commercial projects.

2) Revenue generation through sales and leasing of retail and office spaces at multiple projects through a commercial sales team.

3) Explore the value proposition and evaluate offers/discounts for slow moving / non-performing assets in inventory to achieve the desired sales velocity.

4) Formulated heads of terms, dealt in negotiations and closure of transactions.

5) Liaise with channel partners, IPC’s and local real estate agents to source leads.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
