**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing and scheduling content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Create engaging posts, stories, and reels to enhance audience engagement.
- Research industry trends and competitor strategies to improve social media presence.
- Interact with followers; respond to comments, and increase brand engagement.
- Track and report social media performance using analytics tools.
- Support the team in brainstorming and executing social media campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
- Creativity and ability to generate fresh content ideas.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools (preferred but not mandatory).
