**Job Overview**

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented **Junior Designer** with 1-3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design and web layout creation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design high-quality digital experiences that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with brand guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless translation of designs into functional HTML/CSS code.
- Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all platforms and assets.
- Optimize web pages for performance, SEO, and user engagement.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and style guides using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Work closely with marketing and content teams to design banners, promotional pages, and campaign creatives.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript/jQuery.
- Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- Awareness of cross-browser compatibility challenges and how to address them.
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly in layout, typography, spacing, and user experience.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Exposure to AI-based design tools like Adobe Firefly, Uizard, Designs.ai, Chat GPT or similar is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)**
- Basic knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Experience with animation tools or motion graphics.
- A portfolio showcasing a variety of digital design work.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
