**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design and develop customized travel itineraries** for individuals, families, and groups traveling to Europe (Schengen zone and beyond).
- Manage **end-to-end tour operations**, including bookings, confirmations, vendor coordination, and documentation.
- Stay updated with **visa requirements, seasonal travel trends, local festivals**, and experiences across Europe.
- Provide accurate costing, quotations, and detailed travel plans to the sales team or clients directly.
- Offer **pre-departure assistance**, including travel checklists, foreign exchange, insurance, and destination briefings.
- Handle changes, or emergencies, ensuring **high customer satisfaction**.
- Work closely with marketing and sales to **promote European packages**, deals, and special tours (e.g., summer breaks, Christmas markets, Euro rail journeys).
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on **flight connections, Eurail passes, Schengen visa policies**, and travel insurance norms.
- Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in **Travel & Tourism**, **Hospitality**, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in **international tour operations**, specifically handling **Europe**.
- Strong destination knowledge of countries such as France, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Spain, Netherlands, etc.
- Excellent coordination, negotiation, and itinerary-building skills.
- Familiarity with **GDS systems** (Amadeus, Galileo), MS Office, and travel CRMs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to work across time zones and handle high-pressure situations during peak seasons.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
