**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales & Lead Conversion**: Handle inbound and outbound inquiries related to Char Dham, domestic, and international travel packages, ensuring high conversion rates.
- **Client Consultation**: Understand client requirements, suggest suitable packages, and provide detailed information about destinations, pricing, itineraries, and other relevant details.
- **Market Research & Strategy**: Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- **Collaboration with Operations Team**: Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of travel plans.
- **Business Development**: Identify potential partnerships, corporate clients, and new business opportunities to expand sales.
- **Revenue Generation**: Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's overall revenue growth.
- **Customer Support**: Address client queries, provide after-sales assistance, and ensure customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- **Experience**: 2+ years of sales experience in the travel and tourism industry, preferably with a focus on pilgrimage, domestic, and international tours.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali (preferred).
- **Negotiation & Persuasion**: Strong ability to influence and close deals effectively.
- **Customer-Centric Approach**: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in using CRM software, booking tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Target-Oriented**: Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to adapt to dynamic work environments and client demands.
