Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- **Digital Strategy**: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the NGO's objectives, target audience, and budget constraints.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage and grow the NGO's presence on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) by creating compelling content, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics to optimize performance.
- **Website Management**: Maintain and update the NGO's website with fresh content, visuals, and interactive elements to enhance user experience, drive traffic, and encourage conversions.
- **Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**: Optimize website content and digital assets for search engines to improve visibility, organic traffic, and ranking in search results.
- **Online Advertising**: Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) to reach target audiences, drive website traffic, and achieve campaign objectives within budget constraints.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor digital marketing performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, engagement rates, conversion rates, ROI) using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) and prepare regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- **Community Engagement**: Foster relationships with online communities, influencers, and partners to amplify the NGO's reach, advocacy efforts, and fundraising initiatives.
- **Compliance and Best Practices**: Stay updated with digital marketing trends, best practices, and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) to ensure ethical and effective marketing practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field. Additional certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
- Proven experience (2-4 years) in digital marketing, preferably in the nonprofit sector or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, tools, and channels.
- Proficiency in content creation and copywriting for digital platforms, with a creative mindset and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of online advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager) and campaign optimization techniques.
- Analytical skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Passion for social impact, advocacy, and nonprofit work, with a commitment to the organization's mission and values.
