Ielts Trainer + Counsellor

**1. IELTS Training Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging classroom and one-on-one IELTS training sessions, focusing on Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking modules.
- Develop customized lesson plans to cater to students’ individual language proficiency and learning goals.
- Provide ongoing feedback and conduct regular mock tests to help students improve their skills and build confidence.
- Design, update, and enhance training materials and resources to keep them aligned with the latest IELTS exam trends.
- Assist students in improving their vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and test-taking strategies.
- Encourage a positive and supportive learning environment to motivate students to achieve high scores.

**2. Student Counselling Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalized counselling sessions to students to understand their goals, academic background, and study preferences.
- Guide students in selecting appropriate English language courses, test dates, and study plans.
- Offer career guidance and help students explore academic and professional pathways after achieving their desired IELTS scores.
- Maintain regular communication with students and parents to provide updates on progress and address concerns.
- Maintain detailed records of students’ progress, test scores, and counselling sessions.
- Assist with student enrollment, class scheduling, and test registration.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify potential areas for improvement in training and counselling services.
- Stay updated with the latest IELTS test patterns, immigration policies, and educational opportunities abroad.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and information sessions on IELTS preparation and overseas education.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Strong interpersonal and counselling skills.
- Proven experience in IELTS training and student counselling is preferred.
- Ability to handle diverse student profiles with empathy and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of visa processes and study abroad programs is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
