**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conducting group and individual IELTS preparation classes for students at various levels (Academic and General Training).
- Delivering lessons that cover all four components of the IELTS exam: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
- Designing customized lesson plans and study materials based on individual student needs.
- Assessing and evaluating student progress through regular quizzes, tests, and mock exams.
- Providing detailed feedback and actionable recommendations to students to improve their performance in the exam.
- Offering guidance on exam strategies and time management skills.
- Assisting students in enhancing their English language skills, including vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation.
- Maintaining a student database with progress tracking and class attendance.
- Offering support for students with any questions or concerns related to their studies or the IELTS exam process.
- Keeping up-to-date with any changes in the IELTS exam structure and guidelines.
- Ensuring a motivating, friendly, and conducive learning environment.

**Required Qualifications**:

- IELTS Band 8.0 or higher (preferred).
- Proven experience in teaching IELTS preparation courses or English language teaching.
- Strong understanding of the IELTS exam format and scoring criteria.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Patience and adaptability to address the varying learning needs of students.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with test-taking strategies and resources for IELTS.
- Knowledge of modern teaching methodologies and techniques.
- Ability to work with students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Experience in providing one-on-one tutoring or mentoring.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
