**Job Summary**:
As a Field Marketing Executive for our UPS company, you will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and actively engaging with potential customers to promote our UPS products and services. Your role will involve working in the field, understanding customer needs, and driving sales through various marketing activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Market Analysis**:

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and market trends.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and stay informed about industry developments.

2. **Customer Engagement**:

- Actively engage with potential customers and decision-makers in the field.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and key industry stakeholders.

3. **Product Promotion**:

- Promote UPS products and services through field visits, presentations, and demonstrations.
- Highlight the features, benefits, and advantages of our UPS solutions.

4. **Lead Generation**:

- Identify and create a pipeline of prospective customers.
- Organize and attend industry events, trade shows, and seminars to generate leads.

5. **Marketing Campaigns**:

- Plan and execute field marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and awareness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align field activities with broader marketing strategies.

6. **Sales Support**:

- Provide sales teams with marketing collateral, product knowledge, and training.
- Collaborate with sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.

7. **Data Collection**:

- Gather customer feedback, insights, and market data to improve product offerings and marketing strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of field activities.

8. **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Compile field reports, feedback, and market data to provide insights for decision-making.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of field marketing activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in field marketing, sales, or a related role, preferably in the UPS or electrical equipment industry.
- Strong understanding of UPS products and solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to create compelling sales pitches and presentations.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in using marketing and sales tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field extensively.

Additional Requirements:

- Valid driver's license and access to transportation.
- Familiarity with local and regional market dynamics.
- Previous experience with UPS or electrical equipment sales.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, depending on the regional market.

**Working Conditions**:
