Job Title: Civil Site Supervisor

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
Project Management: Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Site Supervision: Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Team Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to construction crews, subcontractors, and other personnel involved in the project. Delegate tasks effectively and ensure that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.

Quality Control: Monitor workmanship and quality of materials to ensure that construction meets industry standards and client expectations.

Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and procedures to create a safe working environment for all personnel on-site. Conduct regular safety inspections and address any safety concerns or violations promptly.

Progress Reporting: Keep accurate records of project progress, including daily reports, inspection logs, and material quantities. Provide regular updates to project stakeholders on the status of construction activities.

Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction, such as design changes, unexpected site conditions, or delays in material delivery.

Client Relations: Maintain positive relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Address client concerns and ensure that their needs are met to the best of your ability.

Cost Management: Monitor project costs and expenditures to ensure that construction stays within budget. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficient construction practices where possible.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.

Proven experience as a Civil Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.

Thorough understanding of safety regulations and best practices in construction.

Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different job sites as needed.

Certification in First Aid/CPR and OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Training a plus.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
