**Job Summary**:
Location: Grant road

**Key Responsibilities:Executive Support**:

- Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prioritize and manage daily tasks and commitments for the CEO, ensuring efficient time management.
- Prepare materials, presentations, and reports for meetings with clients, stakeholders, and other executives.
- Attend meetings with the CEO, taking minutes and tracking follow-up actions.

**Administrative Management**:

- Handle day-to-day administrative duties, including filing, document management, and organizing office operations.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents as requested.
- Assist with personal errands and tasks for the CEO when necessary.
- Ensure all office equipment is functional and manage office supplies for the CEO’s office.

**Communication & Coordination**:

- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, clients, and employees.
- Communicate with other executives and departments to relay information and coordinate tasks as required.
- Maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive matters and handle information with discretion.
- Coordinate and arrange events, conferences, and corporate meetings for the CEO.

**Travel and Logistics Management**:

- Arrange travel accommodations and logistics for the CEO, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Create detailed itineraries and ensure the CEO has all necessary documents for business trips.
- Ensure all travel expenses are documented and processed in line with company policies.

**Project Assistance**:

- Assist the CEO with special projects, ensuring deadlines are met and results are delivered.
- Conduct research and compile information to support strategic decision-making.
- Support the CEO in preparing reports, presentations, and proposals for board meetings or other high-level engagements.

**Confidentiality & Discretion**:

- Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining corporate records, contracts, and other important documentation for the CEO.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (6 months) as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or secretary, preferably supporting senior management or a CEO.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and the ability to interact professionally with senior executives, clients, and stakeholders.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
