**Reports To**: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:1. Administrative Support**
- Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and organize meetings, including preparation of agendas and minutes.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required.

**2. Communication & Coordination**
- Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with departments and teams to ensure the CEO’s directives are effectively communicated and executed.
- Arrange and manage travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transport logistics.

**3. Meeting Management**
- Organize and coordinate board meetings, executive meetings, and conferences.
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials, including presentations and follow-up documentation.
- Record and transcribe minutes, tracking action items and deadlines.

**4. Confidentiality & Information Handling**
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Maintain and organize important documents, records, and files for quick retrieval.

**5. Task Management & Follow-Up**
- Monitor and track the progress of tasks and projects assigned by the CEO.
- Ensure timely completion of deliverables by following up with relevant departments or individuals.

**6. Office Management**
- Oversee office supplies and coordinate with the administrative team to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Assist in managing the CEO's personal tasks or obligations as needed.

**Skills & Qualifications:Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior executives.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, scheduling software, or task management tools.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
