Job Roles and Responsibilities:

- Answering or making calls to employers to verify the employment status of borrower
- Responding efficiently and accurately to employers and client
- Obtain the information and document it in a client approved template. Upload the same in client’s system
- Follow up on orders where necessary
- Meet TAT and Quality matrix
- Handle escalations, investigate and eliminate root causes and handle reporting requests to support decision making.
- Support Managers in critical decisions making in the process which can be valuable in improving efficiency or quality.
- Lead by Example. Ensure working environment is stable and people feel motivated to participate and involved.

Qualification & Experience:
Educational qualification and years of experience required in any specific domain/skill for the role:

- Basic Degree completion (15 years of education).
- Excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Completed minimum of 6 Months in US Mortgage Voice Process
- Good exposure to MS office Excel
- Not on performance improvement plan / Counselling in last 6 months
- Should be willing to work in nightshift
