**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cold Calling**: Initiate outbound calls to prospective students interested in UPSC preparation.
- **Counseling**: Understand students' preparation status, educational background, and career aspirations to provide suitable guidance on our courses.
- **Lead Conversion**: Convince potential students of the benefits of enrolling in our UPSC coaching programs (online/offline) and convert inquiries into admissions.
- **Follow-Up**: Consistently follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels until successful conversion.
- **Maintain Records**: Update and maintain accurate student information, inquiries, and conversions in the CRM system.
- **Admission Process**: Assist students through the admission process, from form submission to payment and course enrollment.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet and exceed monthly admission and conversion targets.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from students to improve outreach and counseling effectiveness.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Minimum graduate (any discipline). MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing is preferred.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in tele-sales, customer service, or counseling, preferably in the education sector.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- **Counseling Skills**: Ability to understand students’ needs and guide them through course selections accordingly.
- **Persuasion**: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to convert leads into admissions.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using CRM tools, MS Office, and online communication platforms.
- **Target-Oriented**: Ability to work under pressure and achieve defined targets.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
