- **Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team in generating leads, following up on prospects, and closing deals for products.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products, increase brand awareness, and drive sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the industry.
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure alignment and maximize results.
- Create engaging content, such as product brochures, datasheets, and case studies, to support sales and marketing efforts.
- Identify and develop new customers & maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
- Conduct market research and analysis & stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations
- Customer visits will be required to customer locations for meeting and providing support and services as needed
- Drive sales growth through effective marketing campaigns and sales support.
- Increase brand awareness and establish the company as a thought leader in the industry.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Preparing Proforma Invoices.
- Co-ordinating with other teams to ensure everything is ready for immediate dispatch after payment receipt.
- Ensuring all sample requests are completed on time and follow-up with customers for feedback.
- Keeping track of all inquiries.
- Ensuring all the responses are done on time.
- Co-ordinating with other teams for all the issues due to which inquiries are stuck.
- Follow-up with customers on offers and other inquiry related issues.
- Follow-up with regular customers for their upcoming requirements

Pay: ₹600,000.00 per year
