We are seeking a talented and imaginative Creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Creative Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for translating conceptual ideas into engaging visual designs across various digital and print platforms. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, branding, and content teams to create visually compelling materials that effectively communicate our brand identity and message.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conceptualise and Design**: Generate innovative ideas and concepts for visual communications, including but not limited to logos, branding materials, digital ads, social media graphics, website designs, print materials, and promotional materials.
- **Graphic Design**: Create high-quality, visually appealing designs that align with brand guidelines and project requirements. Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design software to produce graphics.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and developers, to understand project objectives and deliver designs that meet strategic goals.
- **Brand Identity**: Ensure consistency and coherence in brand messaging and visual identity across all design projects. Help maintain brand standards and guidelines.
- **Research and Trends**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices. Incorporate innovative design trends and techniques into projects to maintain a fresh and modern aesthetic.
- **Feedback and Iteration**: Accept constructive feedback and iterate on designs to improve quality and effectiveness. Collaborate with team members to refine designs based on feedback and project requirements.
- **Project Management**: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines. Prioritise tasks effectively and communicate project status updates to stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week
