As we expand, we are looking for a proactive Dispatcher to identify and engage with U.S. importers using advanced research tools.

**Responsibilities**:

- Use company-provided tools to research and identify U.S. importers and their regular shipping lanes.
- Extract key importer details, including shipping patterns, preferred ports, and frequent trade routes.
- Maintain an organized database of potential leads and update it regularly.
- Assist in initial outreach efforts by compiling targeted importer data for the sales team.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data before passing it on for sales engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends to refine research methods and improve lead accuracy.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of experience in lead research, data extraction, or logistics-related roles.
- Strong proficiency in using data scraping, research, or lead-generation tools.
- Familiarity with supply chain, freight, or drayage logistics is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of U.S. import/export regulations is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and meet research targets.
