Accounts Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day financial records, including ledger management.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets.
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and GST filings.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce/finance/accounting (B.Com, M.Com or equivalent).
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and other accounting software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred:
- Experience in [insert any sector-specific software or domain if applicable].
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
