Digital Marketing Assistant
- Verbal and Written Communication: Clear and concise communication is vital for conveying instructions to Influencers as well as updating team members, and interacting with other departments.

*Coordination

Planning:* Developing and executing plans for projects or events, taking into account the input and requirements of various parties.

Task Allocation: Assigning tasks based on individual strengths and project requirements.

Scheduling: Coordinating schedules and events for product launches to meet deadlines.

Resource Allocation: Effectively distributing sample products and managing resources to support various tasks or projects.

Logistics Management: Coordinating logistics such as materials, personnel, and timelines for smooth project execution.

Hard Skills

*Adobe Creative Suite / Canva (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign):*
- Illustrator for vector graphics and illustrations.
- Photoshop for image editing and manipulation.
- InDesign for layout and combining various design elements.

Image Editing:

- Cropping and Resizing: Adjust images to fit the poster dimensions and remove unnecessary elements.
- Color Correction: Ensure consistency in color tone and quality across images.

File Formats:

- Exporting for Print: Save or export the final design in a print-ready format such as PDF.

Digital Publishing Skills:

- Prepare posters for Instagram or to be printed to be distributed as flyers
- If the poster is intended for digital display, understand the specifications and requirements of the platform.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
