You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies to enhance our online presence and achieve our marketing objectives. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills will be instrumental in driving engagement and fostering a positive brand image across various social media platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
- Create compelling content (including text, images, and videos) tailored to each social media platform to resonate with our target audience.
- Manage all social media channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices and incorporate them into our strategy to maximize results.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster community growth and engagement.
- Collaborate with the Content team to ensure alignment of social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
- Analyze key metrics and track performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools to optimize strategy and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant news to identify opportunities and potential risks.
- Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
- Stay abreast of platform algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain visibility and reach.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset to track and measure the success of campaigns.
- Experience in social media advertising and familiarity with advertising tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads) is a plus.
- Passion for staying updated on the latest trends and developments in social media marketing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
