Job Title: Housekeeping Associate

Location: Savoy Ooty

Reports to: Housekeeping Manager

Job Requirements

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing
- Restock linens, towels, and amenities in guest rooms
- Clean and maintain public areas, including the lobby, hallways, and restrooms
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor
- Maintain a clean and organized housekeeping cart and storage areas
- Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding promptly to their requests
- Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure seamless service delivery

**Requirements**:

- 1+ year of experience in housekeeping or a related field
- Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects (up to 25 kg)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
