We are looking for a skilled **BIM Coordinator** to manage 3D models, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure adherence to BIM standards across project lifecycles.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate BIM models across disciplines (Architecture, MEP, Structural).
- Develop and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
- Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues.
- Maintain model quality and ensure compliance with BIM standards.
- Support teams using Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM tools.
- Lead BIM meetings and provide technical guidance.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years BIM experience; proficient in Revit, Navisworks.
- Knowledge of BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
