- Stay updated with the latest BIM trends, tools, and industry practices.
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in **Revit MEP, Navisworks, and BIM workflows**.
- Strong understanding of BIM concepts and coordination processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring.

**Preferred Languages**: Telugu, Hindi, English
