**Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities**:
**Product Strategy and Vision**:

Enhance system capabilities.

**Stakeholder Collaboration**:

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across departments.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to ensure alignment on features and processes.

**Backlog Management**:

- Develop, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, complexity, and strategic goals.
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.

**Project Management**:

- Plan and oversee the implementation of Odoo modules, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA testers, and external vendors.

**System Optimization**:

- Identify areas of improvement in current Odoo ERP/CRM implementations and propose solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration between Odoo modules and other business systems.

**Testing and Validation**:

- Collaborate with QA teams to test new features and ensure they meet business requirements.Internal
- Validate implemented features and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with stakeholders.

**Training and Support**:

- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users.
- Provide ongoing support to stakeholders and address system-related queries.

**Requirements**:
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role, preferably in ERP/CRM systems.
- Hands-on experience with Odoo platform, including module configuration and customization.

**Technical Knowledge**:

- Familiarity with Odoo architecture, workflows, and API integrations.
- Understanding of ERP/CRM concepts, such as inventory management, sales, finance, and customer service processes.

**Skills**:

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certifications in Odoo or Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner).
- Experience in change management and user training for ERP/CRM implementations.
- Knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, or other technical aspects of Odoo.
