Inventory and Billing Associate

**Responsibilities**:
1. Manage and oversee inventory activities, including movement and deletion of items.
2. Maintain and update inventory and invoicing records.
3. Prepare invoices in real-time.
4. Communicate with sales personnel to collect necessary information for invoicing.
5. Develop and implement efficient inventory management procedures.
6. Reconcile Return to Origin (RTO) items with shipments and report discrepancies.
7. Report any stock issues or discrepancies to management.
8. Maintain a daily report of inventory and reconcile with physical stock.
9. Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA), or a relevant field.
- 1.5 to 2 years of experience in inventory management and billing/invoicing.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales personnel and other team members.

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
