Test Engineer Job Description:
1. 3-6 years of strong performance testing experience
2. Must should have experience in all phases of Performance testing Scripting, Execution, Analysis, Monitoring
3. Very strong hands on experience on Jmeter/tools is a must
4. Jmeter Scripts trouble shooting skills is a must
5. A strong working knowledge of HTTP protocols
6. Must be able to design a Jmeter scenario based on the production volumetrics
7. Must be able to derive workload modelling
8. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
9. Customer Facing Experience would be an added benefit
10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Test Lead Job Description:

2. Independently design Test Strategies for complex business functionality
3. Good Experience on Test Methodologies, Testing Techniques, Risk Management, etc. as needed
4. Provide recommendations on suitable Testing Tools & Infrastructure
5. Work with key stakeholders at the client location and build strong, trusted relationships
6. Assess the technical skillset of the client's QA organization
7. Should be conversant with all forms of QA Life Cycle from Regression, Non-functional (Performance, Security)
8. 8-11 years of strong performance testing experience
9. Must have proven ability to perform customer facing roles
10. Hands on working knowledge of JMeter is a must for this roles
11. Experience in performance monitoring /Analysis for the Lead roles
12. Must be able to derive workload modelling
13. The role requires excellent communication and presentation skills
14. Any testing certifications like ISTQB added advantage
15. Good experience in full Software Life Cycle including Waterfall and Agile methodologies
16. Through understanding of throughput, latency, memory, CPU utilization and other metrics
17. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. This individual will write client-facing reports and collaborate closely with development and shared services teams.
18. An excellent understanding in troubleshooting best practices. When results are poor or errors are encountered, this individual will need to proactively lead the charge on triaging and resolving issues, as well as ensuring proper communication takes place with the affected teams.
