**Architectural Design**:

- Create architectural designs and detailed drawings using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other tools.
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, budgets, and timelines.
- Ensure designs meet structural, safety, and environmental standards.
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction aligns with the approved designs.**Interior Design**:

- Develop interior layouts, mood boards, and material palettes.

**Project Management**:

- Oversee the design process from conception to execution.
- Prepare cost estimates and manage budgets.
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor progress and troubleshoot design or construction challenges.

**Client Interaction**:

- Present design concepts and revisions to clients for approval.
- Maintain clear communication with clients to ensure satisfaction with the design outcome.
- Address client feedback and incorporate changes promptly.
- Select and source materials, furniture, and décor items that align with the project vision.
- Work on lighting, color schemes, and space optimization to enhance functionality and aesthetics.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for interior fit-outs.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Architect and/or Interior Designer (3+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in design tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and 3ds Max.
- Strong understanding of building codes, construction techniques, and materials.
- Creative problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles is a plus.

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
