**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design and Concept Development**:

- Create design concepts and plans based on client requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Develop detailed drawings, floor plans, and 3D visualizations to present design ideas.
- Select and specify furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and objectives for the project.
- Provide design advice and recommendations to enhance functionality and aesthetics.
- Prepare and present design proposals, including mood boards and sample boards.
- **Project Management**:

- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure design specifications are met.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality standards.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Use design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit) to create detailed drawings and visualizations.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Manage procurement and installation of design elements.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to integrate design concepts.
- Coordinate with the construction team to ensure the design is implemented accurately.
- Facilitate communication between clients and the project team to address any concerns.
- **Trend Awareness**:

- Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and technologies.
- Incorporate innovative and sustainable design solutions into projects.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in interior design, preferably with a portfolio of completed projects.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop).
- Strong understanding of color theory, spatial planning, and design principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

**Application Process**:
Pay: ₹10,245.22 - ₹50,309.19 per month
