**Job Role - Sales Audit Associate**

**Location -** HSR Layout, Bangalore

**Language Fluency** - (Kannada + English) or (Telugu + English) or (Hindi + English)

**Experience** - Minimum 1 year in Inside Sales Auditing/ Training

**Budget** - 4-5 LPA.

**Responsibilities-**
- Design effective frameworks to rate sales/ pitch performance with respect to both qualitative and quantitative factors
- Own continuous feedback mechanisms for impactful Bottom Quartile Management
- Roll out PKT- Process Knowledge Test calendar to improve the baseline competency of the sales team
- Design training programs that holistically aim to improve pitch quality and hence conversions
- Own info portal
- FAQs, Objection handling, consultative selling best practices and expand adherence to sales best practices

**Requirements-**
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Comfortable with rotational shifts and timings
- Immediate joiner is preferred

**Timings-**

9 hours shift | 6 days working
