Site Incharge

Job Purpose:
To oversee, coordinate, and manage all on-site activities for rural electrification projects, ensuring timely execution of work such as HT/LT line erection, transformer installation, service connections, and quality compliance, in alignment with regulatory and client standards.

**Key Responsibilities**: **Site Management**
- Supervise daily site activities related to rural electrification (HT/LT lines, pole erection, DTR installations, household wiring, etc.)
- Ensure project execution as per technical drawings, specifications, and BOQ
- Coordinate material delivery, storage, and usage at site
- Ensure safety protocols are followed by all field workers

**Team Supervision**
- Manage and deploy teams of line workers, electricians, and subcontractors
- Monitor attendance, work output, and productivity
- Provide guidance, technical support, and basic on-site training to teams

**Coordination**
- Liaise with local authorities, Gram Panchayats, and community members
- Coordinate with the HO/project office for material supply, documentation, and escalations
- Interact with client/utility engineers for inspections, approvals, and progress reporting

**Quality & Compliance**
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and environmental guidelines
- Conduct quality checks and testing of installations (e.g., insulation resistance, voltage checks)
- Maintain documentation for inspections, test reports, and quality assurance

**Reporting & Documentation**
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports (DPR/WPR) and labor utilization reports
- Maintain site diary, material consumption logs, and measurement books (MBs)
- Report project delays, challenges, and resource requirements proactively

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- Kallakkurichchi, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
