Job Purpose To oversee coordinate and manage all on-site activities for rural electrification projects ensuring timely execution of work such as HT LT line erection transformer installation service connections and quality compliance in alignment with regulatory and client standards Key Responsibilities Site Management Supervise daily site activities related to rural electrification HT LT lines pole erection DTR installations household wiring etc Ensure project execution as per technical drawings specifications and BOQ Coordinate material delivery storage and usage at site Ensure safety protocols are followed by all field workers Team Supervision Manage and deploy teams of line workers electricians and subcontractors Monitor attendance work output and productivity Provide guidance technical support and basic on-site training to teams Coordination Liaise with local authorities Gram Panchayats and community members Coordinate with the HO project office for material supply documentation and escalations Interact with client utility engineers for inspections approvals and progress reporting Quality Compliance Ensure adherence to quality standards safety norms and environmental guidelines Conduct quality checks and testing of installations e g insulation resistance voltage checks Maintain documentation for inspections test reports and quality assurance Reporting Documentation Prepare daily weekly progress reports DPR WPR and labor utilization reports Maintain site diary material consumption logs and measurement books MBs Report project delays challenges and resource requirements proactively Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Kallakkurichchi Tamil Nadu Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Willingness to travel 75 Preferred Work Location In person
