
Inside Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and inbound inquiries.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings to effectively address client needs and objections.
- **Sales Process Management**: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- **CRM Maintenance**: Update and manage client information in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely records.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and share client feedback.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the healthcare or B2B sector.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- **Self-Motivation**: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
