**Job Title: Admission Counselor**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Recruitment**: Actively engage in outreach efforts to attract prospective students to the institution. This may involve attending college fairs, high school visits, and other recruitment events.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with other departments, such as academic advisors, financial aid officers, and faculty members, to provide comprehensive support to prospective students throughout the enrollment process.
- **Professional Development**: Stay informed about trends and best practices in college admissions, student recruitment, and enrollment management. Participate in professional development activities to enhance job knowledge and skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Previous experience in college admissions, student recruitment, or counseling is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of higher education policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the recruitment and enrollment process.

**Working Conditions**:

- This position typically operates in an office environment, but may also require travel for recruitment events and meetings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
